Our traditional daytime meetings are held in the months of February, May, August, November and December.
All meetings are held at the Best Western Plus in Loveland.
Daytime meetings start at 1:30 PM There is usually a workshop in the morning.
We've added evening meetings in other months to accommodate people who can't attend during the day. These are planned for January, March, April, June, and October. There is no meeting of either time in July.

Join us for a fun, hands-on workshop where creativity meets sustainability! Learn how to make your own eco-friendly bag using upcycled designer fabric. Kit is included in the workshop fee.and includes all you need! Come make a stunning, custom bag with us! Our

Program: Breathing Life into Textiles, Sustainable apparel and home decor with Maggie Hendricks of Create Good
When: 6 PM-8 PM (Note this is an evening meeting)

Two days of sewing fun, working on your own projects. Each quilter will have her own table, and can bring a small sewing/auxiliary table.

Workshop: Freezer Paper Foundation Piecing with Becky Williamson
Where: Best Western Plus Loveland
When: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Cost: $30 plus a $20 supply kit fee payable to the presenter.
If you have ever tried foundation paper piecing and dislike the tearing away of paper after
stitching, this is a workshop for you! Also a great class for someone who would like to learn
foundation paper piecing.
Obtain the accuracy of foundation paper piecing without the chore of tearing the paper away!
A workshop kit with a foundation and fabric (with fee) will be required.

Program: Demo Days
When: 1:30 PM
Where: Best Western Plus Loveland
Join in a treat of creativity, community and quilting inspiration! Watch live demonstrations, learn new techniques and connect with fellow quilters. Demonstrations from experienced guild members. Tips and tricks for circular sock machine, two-color binding, mitered borders and improv quilting.

Workshop: Community Sew of LNCQ Star and Quilt construction
Where: Best Western Plus Loveland
When: 12:30 PM - 4 PM
Cost: $20 includes pre-made star kits
Help make blocks for the above quilt pattern to make some quilts for LNCQ to donate to Quilts of Valor. Bring additional red, white and blue fabric from your stash.

Program: Alycia Carmin Quilts of Valor
When: 6 PM (Note this is an evening meeting)
Where: Best Western Plus Loveland
Alycia has been quilting for over 20 years, she Quilts, Machine Quilts and writes patterns. Many of them are done as mysteries for all to follow along. She will be talking about her Journey as a quilter, and showing a lot of Quilts to inspire you!
She owns Quiltygirl.com, she is a blogger, she runs a ranch, she is a photographer, and!! , she loves to talk Quilts. She has been the state Coordinator for Quilts of Valor – from 2003- to 2023, and also a group leader for Northern Colorado Quilts of Valor, she is still the group leader. Although she thought it was time to share the coordinator position and focus on NoCo – she is still extremely involved
Alycia will also be leading the workshop before the program in March. Be sure to come out and help support our Quilts of Valor program.

Join your fellow LNCQ members at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park for 4 days of sewing, comradery and beautiful scenery.
Location: YMCA of the Rockies, Estes Park, CO (Longs Peak Lodge)
Price: $470 for a Double room
$650 for a Single room
Price includes three breakfasts and three dinners. Sleeping rooms have a small fridge, so you can bring fixings for lunch, eat at the YMCA cafeteria or go into town.
If you don't have a roommate, we will help you find one.
