Organizes Community Sew Days, distribution of kits for members to sew and distribution of completed quilts to local charities.

Charlotte Cox

Organizes treats for General Meetings.  Sends cards to members who need support in a difficult time.

Sue Ellis and Karen Riley

Handle new and renewing memberships including managing the membership roster for the website

Sue Hine

Collects information from board members and club members for inclusion in the monthly newsletter and formats the newsletter

Pat Baker

Interfaces with the current year's speakers to make the programs and workshops happen.

Kaea Beresford and Kathy Klinger

Create publicity materials about our club programs, workshops and retreats to send to local quilt shops.

Lauri Dykstra

Oversees local and away retreats, interfacing with the Board, the venues and the coordinators for each retreat.

Laurette Oudeman and Kathy Money

Oversees the running of Show and Tell of member quilts at the General Meetings.

Julie Aanonson

Interfaces with the coordinators of all our Small Groups and provides information to new members about our small groups.

Beth Soderquist

Sends all club-wide emails as needed, and helps new members create accounts to access member-only content on the website
